JOB TITLE: PRODUCTIVITY SUPPORT OFFICER (PSO)
- File Management (Ensuring that files are properly kept and secured)
- General Office Operational support services (Not personal errand)
- Work on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Any other official duty that may be assigned by Supervisory Officer(s)
- Mail management ( Receipt and preparation of mails)
- Dispatch of internal mails
- Very quick learner
- Strong computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication
- Service orientation and strong Customer focus
- Integrity
- Keen attention to details
- Good team player
- Relationship Management
- Problem Solving
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite1
- OND Graduate only (Minimum Lower Credit)
- Age: Not more than 27 years
- Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage
