Job Descriptions
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and clients
- Generate exceptional graphic designs from modern softwares
- Maintain the reception area to an impeccable level at all times
- Ad hoc assistance when required
- Keep abreast of any staff movement in and out of the office
- Organise couriers and taxis
- Handle all incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage the firms online blog portals
- Answer/screen/direct incoming calls
- Ensure all stationery is well stocked
- Order in all refreshments for meeting rooms
- Keep all meeting space tidy
- 1 to 3 years’ Administrative experience
- Minimum of a National Diploma in any discipline.
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Graphic design skills, Web Development & Administration Skills Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
- A fun and charming, outgoing, enthusiastic, super-polished confident receptionist
