Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Nigeria
- The customer service associate will conduct monthly coaching and review sessions with team members to review quality calls, as well as captured and scored, as well as captured and not scored but can be used as training opportunities.
- Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that customers calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
- Provides continual evaluation processes and procedures.
- Responsible for suggesting methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
- Conducts monthly coaching and review with team members on captured and non captured calls.
- Provides agents statistical and performance feedback on a regular basis.
- Generate ad hoc reports when necessary.
- Maintain and update seller account log and profiles.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Provide general administrative assistance on special projects as needed and other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- University degree in a relevant course.
- 2-4 years in administrative support role.
- Must possess excellent written and oral skill.Must posses a strong analytical mindset.
- Must possess good management and administrative skill.
