Capricorn Digital Limital, a fast growing digital distribution and solutions company, is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, screening and selection of merchants for registration
• Answer potential merchant questions regarding the company and its merchandise
• Developing lists of merchandising items required to facilitate marketing and sales strategy for merchant acquisition
• Organizing below the line activities to enhance sales
• Allocating merchants to specific coverage areas and districts
• Managing and developing sales and sales support staff
• Driving merchant daily sales target
• Preparation of daily sales report
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation of the company products and services to potential merchants
• Managing merchant relationships
• Develop marketing and sales strategy for merchant acquisition
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
• Proficient in MS Office packages and Google application
• Must be aggressive and a goal getter
• 3-4 years in a similar role working within a telecommunication, Gaming and PTSP industry.
