Job Title: Country Manager
 
The purpose of the role is essentially sales and business development.To establish HOERBIGER as a market leader in its core business line. This position offers the successful candidate a fantastic chance to build a strong sales experience in a challenging market.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Responsible  for the delivery of revenue of product, services and solutions generated from the oil and gas (Up Stream, down stream sector) power generation and other sectors in Nigeria.
  • Planning and conducting market research to identify business to increase sales in Nigeria.
  • Always defend company's interest by always adhering to HOERBIGER code of conduct and compliance standard.
  • Project negotiation and execution including coordination, kick off meetings,installations and commissioning projects.
  • Be the key contact for HOERBIGERfor any project/ Customer located in Nigeria and own the communication.
  • Representing the company at meetings with customers, representatives and other departments.
  • Ensuring efficient functioning of the workshop to meet quality, HSE standards and delivery deadlines.
Skills & Experience: 
  • Industrial/Technical knowledge
  • Sales and project management skills.
  • Excellent written,verbal and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or Industrial engineering.
  • Proficient in the use of Ms Documents.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
